Hand over the supplier relationships you have nurtured to your own personal co-ordinator. Six weeks before the wedding, our team will support you in the final lead up, helping finalise the scheduling, delivery, communication, and coordination of your big day and all who are integral to it.
From handling last minute questions from suppliers to tying up any loose ends, we will give your plans a final detail check. Those dreams you have been envisioning through months of planning will be ready and waiting for your big day.
What to expect

Personalised support for the final few weeks
After our handover meeting, we'll take over supplier relations, do a final details check and concentrate on tying up any loose ends when it comes to your wedding admin, ensuring that the final few weeks before your wedding feel special, calm, and enjoyable.
Admin delegation
We’ll undertake a venue visit prior to the wedding for an in-person walk-through of your plans, and to familiarise ourselves with the venue’s individualities and requirements. This is also a great opportunity for a face-to-face meeting with your co-ordinator before the big day.
Venue walk-through
This last month or so is when your suppliers will be gearing up for your celebrations too. We’re here to handle all of their last minute queries and requests, including finalising any deliveries, logistics and timings.
Supplier relations & management
We create a thorough and detailed schedule for your day to ensure every supplier knows their role and responsibilities for your celebrations, and to keep everything on track and running smoothly. We meticulously manage your timings to make sure everything goes without a hitch.
Scheduling & logistics
Our team will be present for you throughout your celebration, and as much as you need us over the wedding weekend, streamlining both set-up and pack-down. Seamlessly working both ‘back of house’ and ‘front of house’, we will be a reliable port of call for your suppliers throughout the day, managing your plans behind the scenes and remaining discreetly present to help you in any way you might require.

Our fees for this service begin at £2,000 and are dependent on the guest numbers, location and complexity of your event. Following an initial consultation, you will receive a detailed quotation for our services.
