Create your unique design concept

Following your design proposal, we’ll fully execute the vision, sourcing all hire items and design components according to the brief. This includes full setup and styling on the day or days of your wedding.

Design Production

We’ll set you up with a private online portal, housing all of the planning tools we use for your wedding. This includes timelines, budgets, payment schedules, checklists, guest lists, seating tools, and more - so you can easily stay up to date with your wedding plans anywhere, anytime. 

Personal Planning Systems

We will provide a realistic costings estimate, apportioning your budget based on your priorities for the day. Throughout the process, we’ll track quotations and payment schedules, ensuring the overall spend never escalates beyond the brief. 

Wedding Budget Management

We can help you decide upon your venue, drawing from our extensive knowledge and contact network to shortlist venues that match your brief. We will liaise with each venue on your behalf and then attend any site visits as necessary.

Venue Research & Sourcing

We ensure regular meetings, both in person and virtually, throughout your planning process for support, inspiration, and advice. Our involvement in your plans is very much shaped by you - this is not a ‘one size fits all’ service. Some couples want to step right back and let us lead, whereas others want to work together every step of the way. We will be led by you.

One-on-one Support

We will track your guest RSVPs and any questions or special requests, as well as assisting with guest transportation and accommodation, ensuring a streamlined, stress-free guest experience.

Guest Concierge Service

We’ll source the perfect team of suppliers from our trusted network of industry-leading vendors. From enquiry through to delivery, we will handle communication, negotiate contracts, co-ordinate logistics and manage your suppliers to ensure that no detail is overlooked.

Supplier Research, Sourcing, Negotiation & Management

We create a detailed schedule and checklist for your day to keep everything running smoothly and on track. We’ll be a reliable port of call for your suppliers throughout your celebration, discreetly managing your day behind the scenes.

Supplier Scheduling & Wedding Day Management

Multi-day celebrations are a specialism of ours, and we’d love to help with your pre and post-wedding plans. From rehearsal dinners to morning-after brunches, we’ll make sure the designs for all your celebrations align, and all venues and suppliers are familiar with the scheduling for any additional activities.

Designing, planning & managing pre or post-wedding events

Long after the bouquet is tossed, we’ll be there. We’ll attend post-event supplier breakdown to make sure that all your needs, and all supplier and venue needs, are met. Both Rachel and her team will be present during your celebrations, with full coordination from start to finish.
