An intimate, London Wedding Ceremony at Somerset House & Spring
Dani and Alex came to me with an exciting vision for their wedding: to split the celebrations across two unforgettable weekends. The first weekend, they legally wed in a beautiful, family-orientated wedding with 30 of their closest loved ones at London wedding venue, Somerset House.
Their ceremony took place in the stunning Portico Rooms, a space celebrated for its abundance of natural light, elegant period details, and breathtaking views of London’s skyline. To complement this iconic venue, we embraced a classic blush and ivory palette with romantic, understated floral arrangements.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a champagne and canapé reception, spilling onto the Portico Rooms’ beautiful balconies. With panoramic views of the River Thames and the city’s landmarks, this moment captured the essence of a true London wedding experience.
The celebrations continued at Spring restaurant, where Dani and Alex hosted a relaxed yet refined wedding reception. The Salon, with its garden-inspired decor and warm ambiance, perfectly complemented their classic aesthetic. We styled the tables with delicate bud vases filled with seasonal blooms and elegant green stationery. Guests were welcomed with signature cocktails and canapés before enjoying a delicious 3-course meal, paired with exceptional wines and heartfelt speeches that made the evening truly special.
It was an absolute joy to work with Dani and Alex to bring their Somerset House wedding to life and help them plan a London wedding that felt truly personal and undeniably memorable for their guests.
