Flora and Kevin live in Portugal, however chose to return to their home city of Winchester to celebrate their special day. They were fortunate enough to hold their ceremony in the spectacular Winchester Cathedral, followed by an elegant marquee reception. Throughout our time working together, Flora and Kev demonstrated such a consistent eye for detail - I will always cherish the many hours we spent together refining their plans over coffee, ensuring that their wedding not only looked incredible, but was a wonderfully memorable day for their guests, too.
For the styling, we opted for a clean, modern aesthetic with an ivory and blush colour palette, combined with soft caramel tones. Textured, blousy florals provided interest and dimension, whilst an abundance of candlelight added a romantic atmosphere. Flora looked sensational in a timelessly elegant Suzanne Neville gown, before changing into a chic silk OWN Studio dress for the evening.
Following a beautiful ceremony in the cathedral, guests made their way through the grounds to a secluded walled garden, where a jazz band entertained guests while champagne flowed. Making the most of the spring sunshine, we started their speeches in the gardens, before guests took their seats in the marquee for a delicious 3-course meal and the remaining speeches. After a brief outfit change for both Flora and Kev, and a relaxed cake cutting moment, it was time for dancing, and their DJ kept the party going all night.
