Our Wedding Day Management offering ensures logistical support, scheduling and communication in the last six weeks before your wedding, and provides on-the-day management and co-ordination from your dedicated co-ordinator to set your mind at ease.

Hand over the supplier relationships you have nurtured to your own personal co-ordinator. Six weeks before the wedding, our team will support you in the final lead up, helping finalise the scheduling, delivery, communication, and co-ordination of your big day and all who are integral to it.

What to expect
In the six weeks before your wedding, delegate your plans, scheduling and supplier relationships to your own personal wedding co-ordinator, ensuring peace of mind and dedicated support leading up to the day.
Personalised Support in the Final Weeks
In our handover meeting 6 weeks before your wedding, we take over supplier relations and concentrate on tying up any loose ends, so the final few weeks before your wedding will feel special, calm, and serene. We will do a final details check over these last weeks, and make sure we’ve ‘dotted all the i’s’ and ‘crossed all the t’s’ in advance of your celebrations.
Admin Delegation
We’ll undertake a venue visit prior to the wedding for an in-person walk-through of your plans, and to familiarise ourselves with the venue’s individualities and requirements. This is also a great opportunity for a face-to-face meeting with your co-ordinator before the big day.
Venue Walk-Through
This last month or so is when your suppliers will be gearing up for your celebrations too. We’re here to handle all of their last minute queries and requests, including finalising any deliveries, logistics and timings.
Supplier Communication & Management
We create a thorough and detailed schedule for your day to ensure every supplier knows how their offering interacts with your celebrations, and to keep everything on track and running smoothly. We manage your timings to make sure everything goes without a hitch.
Scheduling & Logistics
Our team will be present for you throughout your celebration, and as much as you need us over the wedding weekend, streamlining both preparations and clear up. Seamlessly working both ‘back of house’ and ‘front of house’, we will be a reliable port of call for your suppliers throughout the day, managing your plans behind the scenes and remaining discreetly present to help you in any way you might require.

Our wedding coordinators never take on more than one wedding each weekend in order to deliver the quality level of service that we are known for.
Our fees for this service begin at £2,000 and are dependent on the guest numbers, location and complexity of your event. Following an initial consultation, you will receive a detailed quotation for our services.
